This solicitation has been extended to APRIL 10, 2020 at 3:00pm EST. This solicitation is issued to service the customers' subsistence requirements for the Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana (Zone 1) and Kentucky and Tennessee (Zone 2). This acquisition is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Economic Price Adjustment, with a term of sixty (60) months with three (3) seperate pricing tiers for each zone. The first tier shall be for a twenty-four (24) month period (inclusive of up to a 120 day implementation period). The second tier will be a twelve (12) month performance period directly following the first tier. The third and final tier will be an additional twenty-four (24) month performance period directly folloiwng the second tier. The estimated contract dollar value of this acquisition in the Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana (Zone 1) is $28,000,000.00 and Kentucky and Tennessee (Zone 2) is $19,000,000.00 for a 60 month period. The guaranteed minimum dollar value of 10% of the estimated dollar value for the Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana (Zone 1) is $2,800,000.00 and the guaranteed mininmum estimated dollar value for the Kentucky and Tennessee (Zone 2) is $1,900,000.00. The maximum dollar value is 150% of the estimated dollar value is $42,000,000.00 for Zone 1 and $28,500,00.00 for Zone 2, inclusive of all tiered pricing periods and surge. The Governement's legal obligation under this contract shall only be that of the guaranteed minimum. This acquisition contains military surge and sustainment requirements.
