The Government is conducting this research to identify cost and capabilities of industry partners to deliver this product to the facilities listed below. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal RFP or a promise/commitment to issue a solicitation in the future. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this RFI. The offeror may be required to work and/or subcontract with shipping companies such as UPS.
