The proposed acquisition covers a requirement for commercial Fluid Resistant Mattresses, Waterproof Cotton Mattress Covers, and Lift up Bedframes. The above items are to be made in accordance with commercial item description. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price type contract with a 12 month base term. Total order quantities for the base term will be a minimum of 3,660 EA of the Fluid Resistant mattress, 3,660 EA of the waterproof cotton mattress cover, and 550 EA of the lift up bed frame. The maximum dollar value for this award will be 7,500,000.00. There will be two evaluation factors: 1) Technical Acceptability and 2) Price Delivery terms will be FOB destination. Destinations will include: 1) Poland 2) Latvia; and 3) Lithuania. This solicitation contains DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the United States.
