This event will support the “Continuing Human Enabling, Enhancing, Restoring and Sustaining (CHEERS)” Multiple Authority Announcement (MAA) #FA2384-24-S-2233; specifically, the technical requirements of the Bioeffects Division found within section 3.2 of the CHEERS MAA Technical Requirements - Statement of Objectives (attachment 2).
