Rebuild of the Upper Tyndall Tower; All damaged equipment must be removed, and the site needs to be refurbished with the following equipment/sensors which will be provided by the government: air-temperature/relative humidity sensor, analog module, encoder, date-collection platform, GOES antenna, GPS-antenna, lattice tower, lattice tower foundation, line-of-sight antenna for VHF communications, Nema enclosure (on-site), TS4000 radio for VHF communications, snow depth sensor, snow water equivalent pillow for SWE measurements, solar panels, solar regulator, and satellite telemetry for GOES communications. All other materials including batteries, coaxial cable, conduit, data wire, stand-pipe/float-well, weather head, or any additional materials must be provided by the contractor. The current contractor for this requirement/site will be performing this work.
