The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island on behalf of the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center – Rock Island intends to issue a sole source solicitation restricted to Grove U.S, L.L.C. doing business as Manitowoc Crane Group for the procurement of services to provide repairs to the Forward Repair System cranes. The solicitation will be issue under U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Sole source under the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. Offers from sources other than Manitowoc Crane Group are not solicited. Manitowoc Crane Group is a large business. The United States Government anticipates solicitation release on or about 22 January, 2021, closing date on or about 5 February, 2021 with contract award on or about 31 March 2021. The solicitation will result in the award of one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will have a three (3) year period of performance (POP). The total POP is estimated to be from April 2021 - March 2024. The IDIQ will include a minimum quantity of 30 each, and a total maximum quantity of 40 each. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310. The Technical Data Package is Distribution A (authorized for public release).
