The Contractor shall expect to conduct approximately 129 digital instruction training events supporting 56,000 students for a total of around 93,000 contact hours. Contractor shall support approximately 80 Digital Simulation Exercises assisting students in over the shoulder support in operation of C2 Digital systems. Simulation events will require over the shoulder support for the first 16 hours of the simulation. Students will be required to be proficient in Command and Control (C2) digital systems to support and conduct exercises which includes support of Mission Command Art and Science Program (MCASP) with training related to Battle Command as a Weapon System (BCAWS) proficiencies and perform C2 operations within a Tactical Operations Center (TOC).
