This Sources Sought request is issued solely for information and planning purposes to identify potential sources. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Request For Information (RFI) does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Army is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this request; all costs incurred for responding to this request will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this request does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. As part of its market research, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is searching for interested parties capable of providing the services outlined in the General Scope. General Scope: The contractor shall provide access to cost estimating data including the following: Assemblies, Building Construction Cost Data, Concrete and Masonry, Electrical, Green Building, Heavy Construction, Interior, Mechanical, Plumbing, Site Work and Landscape, Square Foot, Commercial Renovation, Facilities Construction Cost Data, Residential New Construction, Facilities Maintenance and Repair, Facilities Preventive Maintenance, General Maintenance; that will seamlessly integrate with Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) used by the government through compatible source tags. Interested vendors are requested to provide an affirmative response to this announcement and details on its capabilities for performing the services outlined in the General Scope. All responses shall include the information: i. Company name, Cage Code, UEI, address, technical point of contact information (Name, title, email address, and phone number), and if a small business, please state the applicable small business socio-economic category/categories. ii. A description of the organization's capabilities for performing the Government's requirement set forth in the General Scope. This description shall include a list of current and/or prior contracts for which your company is performing or has performed for the same or similar services. All responses to this notice must be unclassified. No classified response will be accepted. All information received in response to this sources sought that are marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice will not be returned.
