This sources sought notice seeks to identify the businesses capable of providing Radiation Survey Service and Device Certification at several cites in NY, MA, CT, and NJ. The Contractor will provide Medical Physicist Certification and Testing on radiation producing modalities on equipment to maintain accreditation. Please submit a capabilities statement to include if your business Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Results from this sources sought notice will help shape a solicitation for these services in the near future. See attached performance work statement.
