This RFQ is solicited Sole Source to Peraton within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 and small business size standard of $30M. In order to be considered for this requirement, Peraton must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code. You must be the manufacturer to submit a quote. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the Vendor by the Government. NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of Date of Award for 1-year to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Please see attached for details.
