SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals via GSA e-Buy for the 3rd Floor Carpet Replacement of Building 21 at Defense Finance Accounting Services, Columbus, Ohio. As part of the service contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: J+J/Invision Flooring Group: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for J+J/Invision Flooring Group Evolve Modular 7981 Transpire 1479. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET on 04 April 2025 to Jacob.s.pridemore@usace.army.mil
