This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for software and simulator maintenance. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award this contract to Spirent Federal Systems in Pleasant Grove, UT, as the original equipment manufacturer. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All responsible sources must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
