The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) Scientech MPM -25 (QTY 01); item 2) Scientech WIN-25 (QTY 01). This requirement is sole sourced to Scientech Inc, 5649 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO 80303 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to Scientech is the manufacturer and only distributor for the MPM products due to the complexity of the system. No other commercial vendor currently known that can provide the requirements and performance specifications provided by the Scientech MPM thus NO OTHER manufactures could provide a similar or same product. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0049 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
