The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Non-refrigerated Cooling System - 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced Elexctro Impluse Inc., 1805 Route 33, P.O. Box 278, Neptune New Jersey 07754-0278 as the only vendor able to provide the Non-refrigerated Cooling System due to this is a direct replacement for equipment already in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893622Q0188 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
