Product Service Code (PSC) 4940 – Miscellaneous Maintenance and Repair Shop Specialized Equipment. NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing a FARO Scanarm and associated FARO Training for Shop 31A at Trident Refit Facility (TRF) in Kings Bay, GA. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334519. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed the requirement no later than 1:00pm (EST), Wednesday July 27, 2022 to Dylan Douglas at dylan.l.douglas.civ@us.navy.mil stating the following information: (1) Source sought number N6883622TFARO; (2) Company name, address, POC name, phone number & email; (3) Contractor (CAGE Code); (4) Size of business – Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hub-zone, woman-owned and/or Veteran owned; (5) If the Items can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule contract vehicle or Open Market; (6) Salient Characteristics of the Equipment being proposed which demonstrate the equivalency to the parts requested by the Government, in accordance with the attached Description/Specification/Requirements document; and (7) Contractor (Manufacturer or Distributor). The Government will use the result of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above requirement should be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, or whited full and open competition procedures will be utilized. Submissions are Not-To-Exceed (NTE) 15 Standard typewritten pages. All Technical quest and inquires may be submitted within the response.
