As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Reel Power Industrial Inc. is the sole designer and developer of the the Airborne Low Frequency System (ALFS) Reel Cable Tension Machine (RCTM), Part Number 5878-151 and the Cable Tension System (CTS), Part Number WF-001. Reel Power Industrial Inc. states that they own the proprietary technical data and they do not have any distributors. Based on these facts, a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be issued to the OEM Reel Power Industrial Inc. (CAGE Cage 79649} for the sustainment, repair and maintenance of the Airborne Low Frequency System (ALFS} Reel Cable Tension Machine (RCTM}, Part Number 5878-151 and the Cable Tension System (CTS), Part Number WF-001. Award to any other source would result in unacceptable cost, schedule and programmatic risks which would result in failure to fulfill the necessary production requirements.
