AMENDMENT 003 The purpose of Amendment 003 is to cancel solicitation N68335-24-Q-0044 for the B355 Workarea Renovation at NAWCAD Lakehurst. Cancellation of this solicitation was found to be in the best interest of the Government. It is unknown at this time if this requirement will be solicited in the future, but please continue to monitor SAM.gov for any and all future requirements. AMENDMENT 002 The Questions and Answers from the Site Visit held on 21 November have been attached. The proposal due date has been extended to 19 December to allow vendors additional time to review the answers. AMENDMENT 001 Updated Site Visit information. (i) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DFARS 252.215-7005 also applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Normally, competition establishes price reasonableness. In limited situations, additional analysis will be required by the Government to determine reasonableness. If, after receipt of proposal, the Contracting Officer determines that adequate price competition does not exist and a determination is made that none of the exceptions in FAR 14.403-1(b) apply, the Offeror may be required to provide other than Certified Cost or Pricing data in accordance with FAR 15.403-4.
