This is a sole source award for a cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-reimbursable delivery order to be placed under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for the procurement of hardware, engineering, and technical services, including fabrication, modification, repair, replacement, upgrades, and improvements to Precision Approach Landing Systems (PALS) components and assemblies in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division. The period of performance is anticipated to be three (3) years, inclusive of two option periods. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
