This is a sole source award to Rustici Software LLC for one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods for the procurement of Rustici Engine software maintenance and support services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Integrated C2 & Intelligence (IC2&I) Division, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the Department of the Navy. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
