The United States Naval Hospital Naples Italy has a requirement for an annual lease for one Coagulation Analyzer, and the purchase of accessary items and reagent kits that are compatible with the analyzer. The equipment currently being leased is Sysmex CA-650. This notice is seeking sources for a coagulation analyzer that meets the following minimum criteria: - Must be delivered and available for use on 1 October 2020; - Meets STAT testing requirements; - Approved by College of American Pathology (CAP); - Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USDA) standards; - Performs four (4) tests using chromogenic and immunologic measurements: PT, INR, APTT, and D-Dimer; - Tabletop model with maximum dimensions of 25x20x20 (WxHxD); - Does not require an external water source - Includes a one-year service agreement This Notice is not a request for quotation. The solicitation for this equipment will be intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Italy as prescribed by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.1103(3). All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements with accompanying equipment specification data. All data received in response to this Notice, marked or designated as corporate or proprietary, will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
