N66604-24-Q-0441 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-24-Q-0441. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Options for training services, in accordance with the Statement of Work, provided as Attachment 1. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis, as concurred by the NUWCDIVNPT’s Office of Small Business Program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 611699; the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million Dollars. The requirements for these training classes have an initial Base Year award with Options, with each class providing for a minimum of fifteen (15) attendees each, as follows: CLIN Description 0001 Termination and Testing Class 0002 Termination and Testing Class 0003 Termination and Testing Class 0004 NAVSEA Recertified Fiber Optic Termination & Testing Class 0005 NAVSEA Recertified Fiber Optic Termination & Testing Class 0006 Fusion Splicing Class 0007 (Option) Termination and Testing Class 0008 (Option) Termination and Testing Class 0009 (Option) Termination and Testing Class 0010 (Option) NAVSEA Recertified Fiber Optic Termination & Testing Class 0011 (Option) Fusion Splicing Class 0012 (Option) Fusion Splicing Class The period of performance is date of award through 60 months thereafter.
