This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0581. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order for the following items to iMotion at 9250 Brown Deer Road, San Diego, CA 921211 on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), see Attachment #1 Sole Source Justification. This is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, complete product information, and pricing will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
