Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Willkompany, Inc. The requirement is for the installation of a 14-foot high frequency (HF) antenna on the rooftop of Building A40. This rooftop was built with a specialized membrane to eliminate water leakage and is currently under warranty. This rooftop can only be serviced by the authorized contractor, Willkompany, Inc., to remain under warranty. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 238290 and the size standard is $16.5 million.
