(Cage: 42JF0) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR subpart 13.5. Accordingly, Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13.5 apply. The anticipatory award date is 05 September 2020.
