The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to FRONTGRADE TECHNOLOGIES INC for antenna VHF/UHF – HAZE GRAY. The Government intends to negotiate solely with FRONTGRADE TECHNOLOGIES INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). FRONTGRADE TECHNOLOGIES INC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and has exclusive data rights. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following items: 1. FRONTGRADE TECHNOLOGIES INC, P/N: 457-6-82, ANTENNA VHF/UHF – HAZE GRAY, QTY: 1 EA The NAICS Code is 334220 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 personnel. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre- solicitation notice can be submitted via 27 March 2024 at 3:00PM EST. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Rozella Johnson at rozella.n.johnson.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 27 March 2024 at 3:00PM EST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
