Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to General Dynamics Mission Systems, 8201 E McDowell, Scottsdale AZ . The Government has a requirement for the repair and acquisition of of (Qty 3) IOPS Modules, Part Number IOPS-REPLCE, (Qty 3) TACDs V3 Filter Bundles, Part Number Filters-3YRS, and (Qty 3) TACDS-VM V3 Upgrade modules, Part Number TACDS.003-VM-UPG. The applicable NAICS code is 334511, PSC 7C21. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
