This is an intended sole source announcement authorized by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source. Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), 22130, intents to award this requirement on a sole source basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CLARY CORPORATION, CAGE: (71503) on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to support PBL-O (Performance Based Logistics-Organic) fleet supply system. The support will consist of purchasing fifteen (15) each new, CLARY UPS (P/N UPS1-1-.25K-1G-SRNDTI-2e). All Equipment will be provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CLARY CORPORATION. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms, Period of Performance, Tax ID Number, Cage Code and POC email address. This action is conducted under authority of FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is 541330 with a size standard of $16.5M. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
