The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requests on a full and open basis, professional services as identified in Section C of the attached Request for Quotation. The contractor will be tasked with providing Integrated Master Schedule, IMS, Risk Assessment, Program Management and Consulting Services. All Offerors shall submit responses no later than 4 PM EST on 14 October 2022 by email to Kevin O'Shaughnessy - Kevin.Oshaughnessy3.Civ@Us.Navy.Mil and Angela Cusati - Angela.F.Cusati.civ@us.navy.mil with reference made to the solicitation number in the subject field. Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted no later than 12 October 2022 as specified in section "L".
