Requests to attend the site visit must be sent to Nicole.a,eckman.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 2:00 PM ET on 12 December 2022. Instructions and Evaluation - Past Performance information requested: Contractors shall provide relevant past performance information, up to three (3) examples, for similar or related work under contracts completed during the last three years from solicitation closing date. The project description should address how the example is similar in size, scope, and complexity to the solicited effort and provide the final contract price. Contractors should utilize the Past Performance Questionnaire, when submitting past performance information. Bid Guarantee Required: Bid Guarantee shall be provided in accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-1 – Bid Guarantee (amount shall be at least 20 percent of the quoted price, but shall not exceed $3 million).
