See the attached "Questions and Answers" document. All other solicitation terms and details remian the same. ***All previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted after the posting of this amendment in order to be considered for award.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial SAP requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6264926QH002 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 517112 – Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The small business office concurs with this decision. See attachment (A) – Pricing Sheet for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). The Government requires a firm-fixed price contract to provide Wireless Services in support of the USS Emory S. Land in accordance with the Statement of Work. See attachment (1) – Statement of Work for the description of the requirements. The purchase order will have a Period of Performance with one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years.
