Government Response: The current cabinetry is bolted to the steel walls and floor. Question 8: Is there adequate access to the DTRs? Government Response: 25.5" wide and 65.5" tall are the smallest doorways to bring the cabinetry into the treatment rooms. Question 9: what gauge stainless is the countertop requirement? Government Response: We are still looking for the specs on this. Question 10: Probably most important what are the dimensions of the rooms? The photo shows a tape measure but it's difficult to read. Government Response: A site visit or video call would be the most absolute for dimensions. Question 11: Is a non-metal cabinet considered as an option? Government response: The requested material is smooth, cleansable metal due to ship requirements and infection control standards. ---------------------------------------- 17 September 2025- Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work (SOW). See attached Amendment 0001 SF 30. **All previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted after the posting of this amendment in order to be considered for award.** ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH BLOCK 11 OF THE SF 30 17 September 2025- The following questions were received and answered: Question 1: Is this requirement for removal and install of new cabinets or just materials delivered? Government Response: As stated in the description of the SAM.gov posting, the Government requires a firm-fixed price contract to provide for the design, fabrication and delivery of new dental cabinetry that meets all applicable shipboard, safety, and infection control equipment on the USS Frank Cable in accordance with the Statement of Work. The removal and installation of cabinets is separate from this requirement. Question 2: Can we do a site visitation of the area? Seems like the measurements are not in the Attachment Documents. Government Response: The measurements are in the Statement of Work, which is in the SF 1449. In terms of a site visitation, an in-person ship check in the Philippines is available 19SEP25 0600-1800 in Puerto Princesa and 21-23SEP Subic Bay 0600-1800. Land is possible, but exact space dimensions (plumbing, electrical, existing countertops) is not guaranteed to mirror USS Frank Cable. A later ship check of USS Frank Cable would be necessary to confirm exact dimensions prior to fabrication of final product. USS Frank Cable is anticipated to be in Guam in the early October. Question 4: Are there existing drawings for the existing dental cabinetry onboard USS Frank Cable? If so, please let me know where I can obtain a copy of the drawings. Question 6: We are a SDVOSB company that produces millwork and cabinetry. We are evaluating the documents for bid and had a few questions, Reviewing the Statement of Work can we bid only the cabinets and not the stainless-steel items, Sinks, Legs, faucets, etc.? Please confirm we would need to ship this to Guam or to the USA before 12/15/25? Are there any material specs for the cabinets & hardware? Government response: We require a full quotation on this solicitation. No partial quotes will be accepted. The Government requires a firm-fixed price contract to provide for the design, fabrication and delivery of new dental cabinetry that meets all applicable shipboard, safety, and infection control equipment on the USS Frank Cable in accordance with the Statement of Work. Delivery to Guam will need to be no later than 15DEC25. The specifications for the cabinetry are in the Statement of Work. ---------------------------------------- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract. (ii) The solicitation number is N6264925QHA09 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. (iv) This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The small business office concurs with this decision. (v) See Attachment (a) – Quotation Sheet for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). (vi) The Government requires a firm-fixed price contract to provide for the design, fabrication and delivery of new dental cabinetry that meets all applicable shipboard, safety, and infection control equipment on the USS Frank Cable in accordance with the Statement of Work. (vii) The purchase order will have a required delivery date of December 15, 2025. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
