The approval applies to brand-name equipment that is compatible with the Installation’s existing monitoring and controls system in compliance with UFC 3-230-03 Water Treatment; 7-2 Instrumentation and Controls. SCADA costs for the projects RM 18-0876 Inlet Works and Clarifier and RM 18-0972 Filter Gallery Upgrades are collectively expected to be $376,511. This amount is only a nominal percentage, approximately 5.38%, of the overall construction costs for the projects (currently estimated at $7 Million).
