The Uniden U70P has been tested with the government cell phones used within NSWCPCD, and found to meet all the requirements for operational use. Market research indicates that Uniden is the only product on the market that offers the expandability and versatility for installation in the different configurations needed in differing building environments where they will be deployed. As such, the Government does not expect significant savings through competition and does expect significant and unacceptable delays that will negatively impact this requirement. Therefore, it is in the Governments’ best interest to acquire the Uniden brand. NAICS Code 334210 applies. Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. PSC is 7G22.
