Attached is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N4523A24Q0300 is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This acquisition is solicited full and open competition without exclusions and only qualified offerors, as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations {FAR) 2.101, may submit a proposal.
