The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC)Bahrain intends to award a contract for pier services at the Mina Salman Port in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is anticipated that Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with fixed price CLINs/SLINs/ELINs. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in the Kingdom of Bahrain where work is to be performed as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3).” In the event an offer is received from a vendor in the Contiguous U.S., the contracting office outside the Contiguous U.S. may process the procurement normally.
