This request for information is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Bahrain is seeking sources for pier support services at the Mina Salman Port in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is anticipated that Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with fixed price CLINs/ELINs will be issued with an ordering period of 3 years. Option to extend services pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 for an additional six months will also be included. Performance will take place at the Mina Salman Port in the Kingdom of Bahrain. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Please answer questions in attachments below.
