This order is to Purchase New Security Equipment and Install - Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS) connected to Naval Base Guam Security, Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for Military Sealift Command (MSC), Ship Support Unit (SSU) Guam at Building 3110. The ACS must incorporate military Common Access Card (CAC) for personnel security control and access to the facility. In order to access the required facilities a building Security Escort Badge is required. DBIDS Access to Naval Base Guam is required before entering the building for a Security Escort Badge. The Contractor shall provide all new security equipment and materials, tools, labor to perform the Physical Security (ACS, IDS, CCTV System & UPS) at MSC SSU Guam, Building 3110. Clean up jobsite and demobilize upon completion of the project.
