*** This Solicitaion is reserved exclusively for the vendors of the $750M 8(a) MACC (Multiple Award Contract) Managed out of NAVFAC Washington*** The project : B1581 Install Additional HVAC System, in... *** This Solicitaion is reserved exclusively for the vendors of the $750M 8(a) MACC (Multiple Award Contract) Managed out of NAVFAC Washington*** The project : B1581 Install Additional HVAC System, includes the conversion of the existing ceiling air return plenum to ducted air return plenum, addition of HVAC system for conference room (Room 106), replacing of a split system unit in pop room, and replacing of one hot water boiler in the mechanical room. The new boiler shall be monitored by the building’s Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. Existing wiring may be reused if capacity is adequate. Building will remain occupied during construction. Heating, cooling, and dehumidification will need to be maintained during this project.
