No responses are requested at this time********* Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (hereinafter called “PNSY”) hereby releases the Mobile Crane and Qualified Crane Operator Services IDIQ DRAFT RFQ. This DRAFT Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award contract (MAC) for the rental of Mobile Crane and Qualified Crane Operator services over a 5 year ordering period at PNSY in Kittery, Maine and at Pease International Tradeport, Newington, New Hampshire. This DRAFT Request for Quote (RFQ) is posted for informational purposes only. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other associated DRAFT documents are attached to this announcement. Please read them carefully and in their entirety. The Government reserves the right to amend, alter, or otherwise modify any and all parts of these documents at any time. Please note that all documents are DRAFTS and as such may be modified and/or amended at PNSY's discretion prior to final publication of the formal Request for Quote (RFQ). Note: This is a Draft RFQ and funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this draft solicitation or subsequent formal RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs.
