This project is for D-B Pharmaceutical Storage Facility, Tunis, Tunisia; a general summary of the work is as follows: CLIN 0001, Base Bid: Full design and construction for the renovation of the Pharmaceutical Storage Facility that is approximately 600 square meters, in accordance with the Performance Technical Specifications (PTS). The work includes but is not limited to design and construction of the ventilation and cooling system (HVAC); thermally insulated façade; Fire Suppression System (FSS); pallet rack system; office space; lighting; cold storage space; roofing; and concrete floor repair/resurface. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
