Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-23-Q-0006 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the Contractor to provide two (2) lodging rooms on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam to be centrally located between Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard’s Controlled Industrial Areas and the Intermediate Maintenance Facility and within a 5-10 minute travel time of those two locations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 721110 for Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $35,000,000. The Product Service Code is V231, Transportation/Travel/Relocation-Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, DFARS 08/26/2022, and NMCARS 18-22. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.212-3, and 52.222-48. Quotes are due no later than Monday, 10/24/2022 at 3:00 p.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
