THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; PHNSY & IMF IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources to inspect, maintain, and repair HPAC #1 and #2 onboard two submarines. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than the time and date noted below. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
