Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is S-Oil Onsan, Korea; and the intended discharging ports/places are Ulsan, Korea; Hakozaki, Japan; and Okinawa, Japan. The laydays commence 15 December and cancel 16 December 2022, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
