This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N32205-21-Q-2015 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Military Sealift Command will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the Global/SFC Valve Corp brand name materials listed in the attachment. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for part number, description, quantity, and unit of issue. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 11/28/2020. Delivery and acceptance will occur at Military Sealift Command, N32205 MSC W143 Warehouse, 1968 Gilbert St., Bldg W-143, dw-10, Norfolk, VA, 23511.
