Description: This requirement is for one U.S. flag vessel, one tugboat, and one barge capable of providing support while underway and local pier-side operations and training, surface-supplied diver training/operations, and support training evolutions as necessary on a continuous 24-hour basis. 17. The vessel shall operate in Naval Base Point Loma, CA. The laydays commence and cancel on 07 December 2020. 18. Set-aside Status: Unrestricted, full and open competition.
