The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Excalibur Systems, Inc for Integrate an existing obsolete GFE Fire Scout Mission Control System Component to an updated component, Part Number: ES-6500-180B, to be in accordance with the Statement of Work, See Section C, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
