Solicitation N0042123Q0014 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with ECI Software Solutions, Inc. items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
