This is a presolicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.204. NAVSUP FLC San Diego, in support of the DOD CIO, intends to solicit and award a follow-on MAC IDIQ for mobility and telecommunication services, (all wireless technologies and related operations including related software, hardware, firmware and equipment), to Military Members and Federal Civilians. Services under this procurement will cover usage in the 50 United States, US territories, and while traveling internationally for Military Members and Federal Civilians stationed within the 50 States and US territories. Required contract users will be all Department of Defense Military and Civilians based on DoD Guidance. Authorized users will also include other Federal Agencies. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov via NECO or about January 30, 2024. The period of performance for the follow-on contracts shall include a one-year base period followed by nine one-year options. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
