The Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) / Expeditionary Support Unit (ESU) / Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE (EODGRU ONE) requires Table of Allowances (TOA) management which provides the capability for the lifecycle management of government owned property and equipment and the buildup of mission materials and readiness reporting. The Command desires support services that are associated with material accountability, readiness reporting and equipment maintenance. The Draft PWS is attached. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is the contracting office that anticipates issuing respective solicitation. This procurement is anticipated to be a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one base year plus four one-year options. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8.0 Million. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate and identify responsible sources able to perform the required services. This will assist the contracting office to determine if this effort can be set aside for a Small Business or should be unrestricted. However, The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Interested sources are invited to respond to this notice by demonstrating Technical Capabilities (not to exceed 10 pages not inclusive of cover page) in word of PDF formats that summarizes relevant experience, knowledge and capabilities consistent with the effort described in the Draft PWS. The technical capabilities will be evaluated on previous and/or current experience. Interested firms are requested to submit responses via email to Jorge.cubas2@navy.mil no later than 1000 30 June 2021. Proprietary data will be protected when so designated.
