This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the commercial items found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is 15 million dollars. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit on a sole source basis with the ANSO Western Region. ANSO is mission critical because it provides professional development workshops, seminars, and exhibits designed to enhance the professional development knowledge of attendees while increasing overall awareness of issues affecting the sea service. Attendance at ANSO provides the Navy access to mentorship, networking and professional development assets focused on the Hispanic/Latino service members, not otherwise available in a single setting. ANSO is the only Hispanic/Latino vendor with access to Active-Duty-Navy Flag Officers to participate in their event. ANSO is the only vendor that can satisfactorily support this requirement.
